Be pleased to take Notice that the Board, pursuant to the informal poll of members in relation to inter alia the term of Board Members and in terms of Clause 15.3.1 and 15.3.1.2 of the MOI (Memorandum of Incorporation, amended at the AGM on 03 August 2019), have scheduled a Special General Meeting of the Club.
